I LOVE THIS COMMERCIAL

Jay: Orleans, Ontario, Canada; At the age of 39 with a love for running,I thought I was in shape. That was far from the truth. The reality was, as far as stamina and endurance was concerned I was in shape. What about strength, power, agility, coordination etc. I didn't have any of those attributes until my great friend, and Mentor Rick http://rixfit.blogspot.com/ introduced me to functional fitness. With this genre of fitness and a discipled diet I lost 25 lbs in 6 months. This feat was not easy and it didn't happen overnight. Thanks to this lifestyle change, I wake up and go to bed full of energy. You too can experience this amazing lifestyle with dedication and grit.
